Each day runs for 60 minutes, starting at 7am. Three days. Three sessions. Everything you need to begin.
This is not a course you watch from a distance. It is not a lecture. It is not content you consume and then try to apply alone later.
I will teach you what you need to understand and then we will do it together. In the room. Live. Every concept lands in your body on the same day you hear it. Every tool gets practiced with me guiding you through it in real time. You will not leave wondering how to apply any of it because you will have already felt it working.
That combination of understanding and embodied experience is what makes this different from everything else you have tried. You can read about nervous system regulation. You can understand it intellectually. But until you feel your own system shift in real time, with someone who knows exactly what they are doing in the room with you, it stays theoretical.

Why this is different

But without consistently working the body alongside it, the nervous system stays dysregulated underneath. Why I built this.
I built Ground Zero because I needed it myself.
I have spent years working with high-performing men. Men who have built genuinely impressive things and who are quietly paying a price for it that nobody around them can see. Men who are running their entire lives from a nervous system in permanent threat mode and calling it drive.
I know that experience from the inside. And I know what starts to become available when you begin to work with it properly.
The world is generating more fear, more change, and more uncertainty than at any point in most of our lifetimes. And the human system, yours included, is responding the only way it knows how. It stays on. It stays ready. It never fully comes down. That is not a personal failing. That is physiology. And it can be worked with.
What I do is give men a real taste of what it feels like to work the mind and the body together. To actually feel the difference. To begin to understand the system that has been running them. And to leave with a daily practice they can build on for as long as they choose to show up to it.
I know this works because I use it every day. And I know it works because I used it when things got really stressful. When I lost my own business. When my dad died. When my best friend died in a car accident. When COVID turned everything upside down. I have used this practice in pretty much every high stress, high uncertainty, high doubt moment of my life.
That is what I am certain about.
Three days will not resolve everything. That would be a lie and you would feel it. What three days will do is show you the door. Give you the tools. And let you feel, in your body, that something different is available.
