Over three days we are going to go somewhere most men never go. Not because they cannot. Because they never gave themselves permission. You just did.
I have built Ground Zero around one thing: giving you a real, felt experience of what it is like to work the mind and the body together. Not to explain it to you. To let you feel it. And what you feel across these three days, you carry forward. For as long as you choose to show up to it.
I will be with you every single minute of those 60 minutes each morning. Fully in. Fully present. I cannot wait to get started.

April 27, 28 and 29. 7am EST. Live with Mish. You will not be watching from a distance. You will be in the room, doing the work, feeling it land in real time. Mark it in your calendar now and protect the time.
